Üröm – Private Garden

The plots in one of the newly developed neighborhoods of Üröm offer a stunning view of the capital. On one of the streets located here is the garden for which we were commissioned to create conceptual designs in 2023 by the property owner. The building, with a footprint of approximately 150 m², is located at the upper part of the plot, and its lower level connects to the garden’s rear area intended for intensive use. During the design process, the existing elevation difference had to be bridged with retaining walls, slopes, and long staircases. The design features a simple line structure, depicting a garden that optimally utilizes the terrain and spatial conditions, with a pool, sunbathing lawn, play area, terrace, and high ornamental plant surfaces.
